Kohler Britt Cattle is a family-owned operation built on transparency, tradition, and top-quality beef. We raise our calves on open pastures with no hormones, and we give you front-row access to the process. Our goal is to build community around food sourcing while delivering premium beef direct to your freezer. This year we have 9 Black Angus and 1 Wagu. Prime beef that can only be purchased in high-end expensive restaurants.
How It Works
Reserve Your Calf
$500 Fee Reserves Your Calf for Spring 2026. If you don't purchase your cow, your $500 will roll forward for (1) year and you'll pick out a calf for Spring 2027. The $500 is separate from your beef price, but the total cost of your cow and processing is far below grocery store prices for Prime beef.

Get Your Beef
Pay auction market rate per lb for you beef in the Spring of 2026 (far below grocery store prices for Prime beef). A family owned processor in American Fork, Utah will work directly with you to choose the processing and delivery of your Beef.
Wait List
If a Buyer backs out, new in line on the Wait List steps in. Your $500 Reservation Fee is due at that time.
